Summary:

Kamaole 3 Beach is right across the street. This ground-floor, two-bedroom condo at Maui Kamaole puts the sand, the grassy beach park, and the sunset a two-minute walk from your door — grab the beach chairs, cooler, and towels we provide and head over. Come back to split AC in every room, lanais off the living room and primary bedroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The primary suite has a king bed and its own bath, the second bedroom has two twin beds behind a door that closes, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room brings the total to six. You’ve got a full kitchen, two assigned parking stalls, and the run of Maui Kamaole’s 23 acres — two pools, two hot tubs, tennis, and BBQs. Wailea is under a mile south.



The Space:

Single-level, ground-floor, and set up to sleep six.



Primary bedroom: king bed, private en-suite bath

Second bedroom: two twin beds, door for privacy

Living room: queen sleeper sofa

Second bathroom: full bath off the hallway



The second bedroom is compact — it started as the unit’s den — so it’s best for kids, teens, or anyone planning to spend their days at the beach rather than in the room.



Inside. Split AC keeps every room cool, not just the bedrooms. The kitchen is set up for real cooking, and the washer and dryer are in the unit, so wet swimsuits and sandy towels never pile up. TV and fast Wi-Fi throughout.



Lanais. More than one — a lanai off the living room and off the primary bedroom, both opening to the landscaped grounds. Morning coffee on one, an evening drink on the other.



Beach gear. Beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels are yours for the stay. Kam III is across the street, so you can go over for an hour or the whole afternoon.



Guest Access:

The whole condo is yours, along with both pools, the hot tubs, tennis courts, and BBQ areas at Maui Kamaole. Ground floor means luggage, coolers, and boards come straight in from the parking area — no stairs, no elevator. Two assigned parking stalls come with the unit, so a second car is no problem. Check-in is at 4:00 pm; your parking and entry details are in the check-in instructions.



The Neighborhood:

Kamaole 3 — Kam III to locals — is one of South Kihei’s favorite beaches: wide golden sand backed by a big grassy park with a playground, picnic tables, BBQs, and lifeguards. Swimming is easy on calm days, there’s snorkeling around the rocky point at the south end where turtles and reef fish turn up, and the sunset is a nightly ritual here. The Kihei Boat Ramp, where the Molokini snorkel boats leave, is a two-minute walk. Keawakapu Beach is a short stroll north. Groceries, coffee, and casual restaurants line South Kihei Road, and Wailea’s beaches, golf, dining, and the Shops at Wailea sit under a mile south.



Getting Around:

A rental car is worth having for Wailea, Lahaina, Upcountry, and the Road to Hana — and you’ve got two stalls for it. Kahului Airport (OGG) is 25 to 30 minutes away. In Kihei itself, the beach, groceries, and dinner are all within a few minutes.
