Located in the charming village of Ploubalay, you will be close to the region’s beautiful scenery and a wide range of activities.

The apartment consists of:

A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, hob with extractor hood, fridge with freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker and pod coffee machine. No dishwasher.

A bright living room with a sofa bed, TV, dining table and a selection of books for relaxing moments.

One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe.

A second bedroom with bunk beds and a baby cot, ideal for families.

A bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

A separate toilet.

You will have access to the garden, where you can relax or enjoy a meal. A barbecue is available for your use. There is also a terrace at the front of the property, perfect for outdoor dining.

House rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, for everyone’s comfort and health.

Pets: Pets are welcome provided they are clean. There is an additional charge of €20 per pet for the stay.

Additional guests: From the 5th guest onwards, an additional charge of €35 per day applies.

Parking: Several parking spaces are available along the street, just a short distance from the house.

Parties and events: Parties are not permitted, in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.
