For a family vacation you’ll be remembering for years to come, this spacious 3BR/2BA villa can’t be beat.
You’re only 15 minutes from Mickey’s doorstep and all the Disney parks and less than 20 minutes from Universal Studios and SeaWorld.
There’s plenty of fun to be had back at home too, with a private pool and screened lanai. The kids will love the Disney-themed bedroom with bunk bed and you’ll enjoy your own retreat in the quiet master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom.
In the evenings, hang out in the living room, watching your favorite Disney movies on the flat screen TV, curled up on the comfy couch and love seat.
Gather around the 4-person dining table, reliving your favorite memories of the day as you enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal. Fully-equipped, the kitchen has all the cooking basics for meals and snacks. It also has a 4-person eat-in table, the perfect place for sipping on a cup of coffee and planning the day’s itinerary.
Take a break from the theme parks and spend the day at home, splashing in the sparkling pool. It has steps down into the pool for the kids and a ledge great for lounging in the Florida sun. The screened lanai also has a patio table for dining al fresco. You’ll love the fenced backyard for extra privacy and quiet.

The estate is rather run down with lawns and public spaces uncut and neglected. The villa we stayed at has a very unloved garden. The interior was quite tatty and could do with a fresh lick of paint and the carpets a good clean. The mats in the bathroom were mouldy. The microwave and tumble dryer packed up after less than a day and they weren't fixed/replaced until I gave the management/host an ultimatum that we would leave and demand a refund. It took 6 days to put right. The blinds covering the patio doors were broken. The pool was dirty and the pump never worked on the timer and you had to switch it to 'manual'. The only food thing I can say about the home was the comfortable bed and good air-conditioning.
We have been using rental homes in Kissimme for 20 odd years and this was by far the wort we gave stayed in
I think the management company/need to visit this property at look at it through a renters eyes.
