Free parking is available for up to 2 cars in the underground parking lot in the building.

Strictly No Smoking: All spaces on the property are non-smoking. Smoking on premise will result in a cleaning fee of 500 USD.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please minimize noise, including television, music, and conversations, for our neighbors.

Safety and Child Supervision: Guests must remain aware of their surroundings. Parents must supervise children closely at all times to keep them safe.

Occupancy Limit: Only guests registered at the time of booking are permitted on the property. Unauthorized additional guests will incur additional costs.

External Security: The entrance and other exteriors of the property is monitored by CCTV for security and safety purposes.
