Living area
The kitchen, dining area and lounge are one open-plan room, with timber floors in the kitchen and dining area, a stone benchtop and floor-to-ceiling glass doors onto the patio. It works as well for a meal together as for a quiet evening in front of the TV. A heat pump keeps the space cosy.

Outdoor area
The covered patio at the front has a BBQ and a small table. It is also your front door, a few steps from the car. There is no lift and no stairwell, so luggage, ski bags and sleeping children go straight inside.

The whole apartment is yours. You enter through the patio door and your parking space is in the courtyard directly in front of it.
The apartment is privately owned and sits inside The Glebe complex. It is not part of The Glebe hotel. Guests cannot use the hotel reception, sauna or room service.
We want you to feel at home while helping us respect the neighbourhood.
• Outdoor areas are subject to council quiet hours (10pm–7am).
• No amplified sound or music outdoors between 8pm–8am.
• Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be considerate of neighbours.
• No smoking inside the home.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
