At approximately 845 square feet, this residence offers an exceptionally spacious one-bedroom layout, giving you plenty of room to comfortably settle in for a month or longer.
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring abundant natural light into the open living and dining areas. The kitchen features granite countertops, generous counter and storage space, and an eat-at bar that’s perfect for casual meals or morning coffee.
The spacious bedroom includes a walk-in closet, providing plenty of storage for longer stays. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, so there’s no need for shared laundry.
One secured parking space is included, an especially valuable convenience in Downtown San Diego.
Palermo offers a wonderful collection of amenities for your stay, including a pool and spa, fitness center, BBQ area, outdoor lounge, community room and billiards room.

Guests have private access to the entire one-bedroom residence and one secured parking space.
You’ll also have access to Palermo’s shared community amenities, including the pool and spa, fitness center, BBQ area, outdoor lounge, community room and billiards room.
Guest parking may also be available, subject to building availability and community rules.
