The open living area is set up for an easy beach week: full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and room for a small family or two couples. Walk over to the Gulf beach, then come back to community pools, hot tubs, a barbecue area, and a fish-cleaning station inside the gated property.
Fort Morgan Road puts you about 13 miles west of Gulf Shores’ restaurants and shops, with the pass and the Gulf a short drive farther west. Mornings are calm on the harbor. Evenings are bay sunsets from the balcony.
The home is professionally managed and was updated with a new HVAC system and appliances in 2025. Covered parking and an elevator serve the third floor.

I want you to know that you will be responsible for the total cost to repair/correct any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guest during your stay. This includes odors from smoking or vaping, which is NOT ALLOWED in the condo, private balcony, or public building areas (stairs or breezeway). DO NOT BOOK if you or anyone in your group are smokers (i.e., cigarettes, cigars, or e-cigs/vape, including medical/recreational marijuana). Additional cleaning fees will apply if the policy is violated.
NO Glitter inside the building, condo, or on the balcony.
Late checkout is only permitted with prior approval. If guests stay past 10:00 AM on the day of check-out without prior approval, they will be charged an additional $50 per hour past the pre-approved check-out time.
