Club Wyndham Waikiki Marina Resort at the Ilikai occupies the storied Ilikai tower at the Ala Moana end of Waikiki, a Honolulu landmark that has welcomed celebrities, presidents, and jetsetters for decades. Perched above the Ala Wai Boat Harbor, the resort offers a scenic marina vantage point while keeping you within easy walking distance of world-famous Waikiki Beach, the sand of Ala Moana Beach Park and Magic Island, and the open-air Ala Moana Center, one of the largest shopping destinations in the Pacific. Spend your days surfing, swimming, and soaking up the sun, cool off in the outdoor pool, and wander out in the evening to the countless restaurants, bars, and shops that fill this lively corner of Honolulu. It's a well-connected home base that blends a bit of island history with the energy of Waikiki just outside the door.

This Studio is a comfortable island retreat for up to four guests, centered on a king bed with additional sleeping space in the living area. A kitchenette handles light meals and morning coffee, and a private balcony is the perfect spot to take in the harbor or city views.

Items to note:
- The resort will undergo repainting and concrete work from Aug. 1, 2025 through Dec. 31, 2026. During this time, you may experience noise, dust, odor, and work crews onsite. Dates are subject to change.
- All reservations are subject to Hawaii’s Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT), collected at check-in.
- This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases.
- A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
- Guests are subject to the Hawaii Timeshare Occupancy Tax, payable at check-out.
- On-site parking is available for $45 per day.
- Bell services are provided by a third-party company for a fee upon request.
- Front desk hours are 8 a.m.- 10 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, you will need to call the resort during office hours to arrange for your keys to be made available.
- Please note, the mixed-use Ilikai building may be periodically performing renovations to a select number of neighboring condominiums and common areas. Construction noise, odors, and crew on-site may be experienced.
- As a resort located within the Ilikai complex, services offered by other entities may not be available, or may involve fees.

DURING YOUR STAY

- NO SALES PRESENTATION REQUIRED: This resort is part of a timeshare program, and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation during your stay. Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.

- Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.

- The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.

BEFORE YOUR STAY
