The beach is just a short 2–5-minute walk from the home. A vehicle is recommended for grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, parks, and entertainment; however, most conveniences are only a short drive away.
For groceries, Publix Super Market at Hammock Beach Centre is approximately 1.3 miles away, or about a 3–5-minute drive. Additional stores, restaurants, and everyday essentials can be found at Island Walk Shopping Center, approximately 10 minutes away.
A separate $35 per pet per night. $500 pet fee per pet per month for stays of 28 nights or more will be requested after booking. An additional $500 applies for rentals exceeding one month and for reservations with more than one pet.
A lease agreement and a separate $500 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, must be at least 23 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form, rental agreement, and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation. Failure to complete this within 24hours of booking will result in the stay being canceled.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 7th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 6 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
Parking: Park only in the home’s driveway. No parking on the grass or street.
