## 1. Listing description
Renovated 25 m² studio on the ground floor of a building in the centre of Arroyo de la Miel, an 8-minute walk from the suburban train station. Sleeps 2. One open-plan room with a double bed, sofa, television, table for two and kitchen. Bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating and WiFi. Supermarket and pharmacy 3 minutes away and free street parking.
## 2. Your property
The studio is 25 m², freshly renovated, on the ground floor of the building, with three steps at the entrance.
It is an open-plan studio: double bed, sofa, television and a table for two in the same room, with the kitchen built in.
The kitchen has a hob, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, Italian coffee maker and everything you need to cook.
The bathroom has a shower.
## 3. Amenities and shared spaces
Inside the studio: air conditioning with heating, WiFi, television, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are included. There is a first-aid kit and a smoke detector.
Washing machine: at the entrance to the building there is a coin-operated washing machine, 2 € per wash (1 € coins only). There is no washing machine inside the studio.
Parking: the studio has no parking space of its own, but parking in the surrounding streets is free and there is no paid parking zone.
## 4. Interaction with guests
We are a local team on the Costa del Sol, so we are genuinely close by: if you need anything during your stay, someone can come round to the studio the same day.
Keys are handed over in person, from 3 pm to 11 pm. We meet you on the day you arrive, explain how everything works and answer your questions face to face. If you arrive after 11 pm, we leave the keys in a key box inside the building and send you the instructions by chat.
After that you can reach us by chat, in Spanish and English, before, during and after your stay.

**The studio is on the ground floor, with three steps at the entrance.** There is no lift because none is needed, but because of the steps we do not recommend it for guests with reduced mobility.
The studio sleeps 2: a double bed, and the sofa is not a sofa bed.
No smoking in the studio. No pets and no parties. We do not have a cot.
