"Rein Dance Lane Hideout" in Owens Cross Roads, is our newest short term rental property. Other properties include "Nathan Dr Hideout" in Owens Cross Roads, and "SB Hideout" and "TheHideoutAtBuckIsland" on Lake Guntersville, Alabama. We have owned and personally operated vacation rentals for 15 years.
"Rein Dance Lane Hideout” is just a few minutes south of Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Hampton Cove, 20 minutes to downtown Huntsville, and 25 minutes to U.S. Space and Rocket Center. “Rein Dance Lane Hideout” is two minutes to Highway 431, providing a fast route to many of North Alabama popular destinations.
Guests are limited to 12 persons. NO PARTIES or EVENTS. In order to complete your booking, a rental agreement must be signed electronically, and a photo id uploaded to our reservation system within 24 hours. A security deposit hold is placed on a credit card 2 days before arrival through our reservation software. The individual making the booking must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the reservation dates.
NOTE: Owens Cross Roads, Huntsville, and Madison all require that property owners have licenses to operate short-term rentals. This property is in Owens Cross Roads and has a business license and STR permit.
NOTE 2: This is a two story home and may not be suitable for groups with small children or mobility issues. The four bedrooms with King beds and the two full bathrooms are upstairs. There are no child gates on the stairs.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
“Rein Dance Lane Hideout” is a 5 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home built in 2010 and fully remodeled in 2026. This inviting home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease, with allergy friendly furnishings and cleaning products. With five spacious bedrooms and cozy living areas, it’s ideal for families or small groups.

• Keyless entry with a personal PIN.
• Two car garage and driveway parking for 2-4 automobiles.
• Scent free cleaning products and hypoallergenic laundry detergent ensure the home is allergy friendly.
• Five bedrooms with quality memory foam mattresses, pillows and linens.
• Four upstairs bedrooms have a large closet, a ceiling fan, a wall mirror and a chair.
• Mattresses and pillows are encased with Allerease protective coverings that provide allergy, bedbug, and antimicrobial protection.
• Master bedroom has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Second bathroom (upstairs) has a combination tub/shower.
• A half bathroom is downstairs near the living room and the fifth bedroom.
• One living area has a 65 inch Smart TV.
• Fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals: cookware, assortment of baking pans, toaster, 14 cup coffee maker, Keurig single cup coffee maker, blender, crockpot, utensils, serving pieces, dishes and glasses for 12 (including children's appropriate dishes and cups).
• Dining table that seats 6 and a second dining table that seats 6.
• Back porch with outdoor seating and table with a gas grill.
• Outdoor seating for 12. A table seats 6, and additional chairs seat 6 more.
Exterior cameras are installed on the property as part of a security system. Cameras provide surveillance of the driveway, front porch, and the side of the home.
If staying on Sunday evening, setting garbage bins on the curb for Monday pick-up is so appreciated!
When departing the home on your last day, please:
- wash and put away all pots and pans
- load the dishwasher and turn it on
- collect all the trash and take to the outside garbage bins
- place used towels and washcloths in the tub
- ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked
- lock the front door with the electronic keypad
