This condo is on the 18th floor, Tower Two (2-1805) of the Blue Heron Beach Resort. It offers spectacular views of Lake Bryan and NASA space launches from the large, private balcony off the master bedroom and family room in the rear as well as awesome views of Disney Springs and the nightly Disney fireworks from the shared common balcony outside the unit's front entrance.
Even more so, its prime location is just minutes away from the magic of all the Orlando theme parks and shopping outlets to include Disney World, the Convention Center, Disney Springs, SeaWorld, Universal, Orlando Int'l Prime Outlets, and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores.
It features a full kitchen and is newly renovated throughout to include all new furniture; all new flooring; all new Whirlpool black, stainless-steel appliances; fresh interior paint; and all new light fixtures, sinks and faucets.
Guests have full access to all resort amenities which include a lakefront boardwalk that winds through trees along the shoreline with 2 gazebos, plenty of deck chairs and access to the lake for kayaking; 10-person hot-tub; tiki bar; 2 outdoor heated pools (one for children); video game arcade and 2 exercise rooms.
