Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the flat is laid out as follows:
- A bright 17 m² living area with a TV, sofa, dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a bath and washing machine
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional items: a high chair and cot, a fan, and an iron and ironing board.
