Whether you’re escaping a Canadian or American winter, returning to Ecuador to visit family, or simply looking for a longer coastal getaway, Casa Kaya offers a welcoming place to settle in. Spend several weeks enjoying life by the ocean, explore northern Manabí, or keep your plans simple and enjoy a few slow days at the beach.
➤ AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Travelling from abroad? We can help arrange transportation from Quito or Manta airport directly to Casa Kaya, as well as return transportation from the house to the airport. Please contact us before your trip with your flight details and group size so we can coordinate availability and provide a quote. Transportation is arranged separately and is not included in the rental price.
➤ YOUR KITCHEN, YOUR PACE
Casa Kaya has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals, whether you’re enjoying a short vacation or settling in for a longer stay.
With advance notice, we can also help arrange grocery shopping so you have ingredients ready for your stay. Groceries and shopping assistance are charged separately and are not included in the rental price. Please contact us before arrival to discuss your needs and confirm costs.
➤ OPTIONAL COOKING SERVICE
Prefer to spend less time in the kitchen? An optional cooking service can be arranged for CAD 30 per day, subject to availability and advance coordination. Someone can prepare breakfast and/or lunch using ingredients you supply or that we help purchase separately. Please contact us before arrival to make arrangements.

Depending on the season, ocean conditions, and availability of local tour operators, the surrounding area offers opportunities for surfing, seasonal whale-watching trips, boat excursions, visits to nearby islands, and sport fishing. You can also explore the beaches and communities of northern Manabí—or simply enjoy the coast at your own pace.

Club Alma is still under development. The main common areas, including the pool, hot tub, gym, children’s playground, and community entrance, are completed and operational.
Some houses and apartments are currently under construction near the entrance and beach access. This does not affect access to Casa Kaya or the beach, or use of the common areas. There is no construction next to Casa Kaya or in its immediate surroundings.
