Salobre Las Terrazas 18 — a large terrace overlooking the Gran Canaria landscape



Located in the Las Terrazas complex, within Salobre Golf Resort and approximately 235 metres above sea level, the property allows you to enjoy that other side of southern Gran Canaria where volcanic landscape, vegetation and the golf course replace the rhythm of the more touristy coastal areas.



The house has approximately 115 m² on a plot of 260 m² and is distributed over two floors. Its design creates different spaces to share your holiday.



The interior, lounge, dining room and kitchen share the ground floor and maintain a direct relationship with the terrace. On this same floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room, a practical layout for either a family or two couples travelling together.



The upper floor reserves a more independent space for the master bedroom. It features a double bed, bathroom with bathtub and direct access to its own balcony. Opening the door in the morning and finding yourself once again with the Salobre landscape gives this bedroom a special character and extends that connection with the outside that defines the entire house.



Salobre Las Terrazas 18 has capacity for 4 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot.



To make your stay comfortable, the property has unlimited wifi, hot/cold air conditioning, Smart TV, satellite television, Bluetooth speaker, washing machine, dishwasher and safe. The kitchen is equipped for everyday use with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, conventional coffee maker and Nespresso, as well as small appliances.



The private pool measures approximately 4.95 x 2.95 metres and reaches a depth of 1.55 metres. Electric heating can be arranged for an additional fee to maintain the water at approximately 24 °C to 26 °C. There is also the possibility of a charcoal barbecue available for an additional cost.



The booking includes bed linen, towels and pool towels, final cleaning, pool maintenance twice a week and an intermediate clean with linen change for stays of more than 9 nights.



At Las Terrazas 18, dogs are welcome upon request and for an additional fee. A particularly pleasant option in a house where the terrace, garden and outdoor living play such a prominent role during your holiday.



Staying in Salobre allows you to combine two ways of discovering Gran Canaria. You can spend the day exploring its beaches, villages and landscapes and then return to your own pool; or do the opposite and decide that the best plan for that day is to stay at home, enjoy the terrace and save the excursion for tomorrow.



Las Terrazas is part of a residential area within Salobre Golf Resort. Looking after communal living and the property is part of the experience, so parties and events are not permitted and the house is not rented to groups of young people.



A refundable deposit is required, which will be returned after checkout once the condition of the property has been verified.



Check-in can be from 15:00 and checkout must be completed before 10:00. Whenever availability permits and subject to prior consultation, an earlier check-in or a later checkout can be considered.
