Welcome to Sasquatch Lodge in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, where the house is a reason to take the trip. Some vacation homes give you a place to sleep. Sasquatch Lodge gives you stories to bring home. Enjoy the best of both worlds with amenities spread across two acres but still only 10 minutes away from all the action and shopping.

Wake up and start the day with a latte overlooking the river. Spend the afternoon swimming, playing pickleball, working out or chasing arcade high scores. Watch the colorful sunsets from the huge deck or while your BBQing in the outdoor kitchen. Follow the illuminated trails to a magical outdoor spa area, then finish the evening at the dome beneath the stars.

Fall brings colorful surroundings and crisp nights made for warm soaks and fireside stories. Winter means heated swims, sauna sessions and snowy afternoons with a toasty fire in the dome complimented by an extraordinary amount of entertainment indoors. Come summer, take the fun outside for pool days and dinners on the deck.

YOUR PRIVATE HEATED MODPOOL
Built from a converted shipping container, the Modpool sits on the back patio with a dedicated deck, chairs and pergola. Reach it by the spiral staircase or walk straight out through the basement sliding doors.

The water can be heated up to 90°F, so cool North Idaho air doesn’t have to end your swimming plans. Slip into the warm water and enjoy having the pool entirely to yourselves.

FOLLOW THE TRAIL TO THE SASQUATCH SPA
Tucked into the outdoor setting, the Sasquatch Spa brings together a barrel sauna, cold plunge, wood fired soaking tub and outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Put on a favorite playlist through the outdoor Sonos speakers and take your time moving between warm, cold and wonderfully relaxed.
The furnished geodesic stargazing dome gives you another place to unwind, with comfortable seating, a sofa that converts to a bed, lighting and Sonos audio. A wood burning stove makes crisp fall evenings and snowy winter nights especially cozy. Settle in by the fire, look up at the stars and enjoy your own little hideaway.

PICKLEBALL & FIRESIDE BRAGGING RIGHTS
Your private regulation size pickleball court comes with paddles and balls. Beginners, family tournaments and friendly rematches are all welcome when weather and court conditions allow.

Later, gather around the enormous custom firepit made from a repurposed tractor track near the spa. A second firepit on the spacious front lawn gives your group another spot for stories and s’mores when fire restrictions allow.

Walking trails connect the outdoor experiences and are illuminated after dark. Explore the grounds, enjoy the river views and watch for wildlife passing through.

ENTER THE SASQUATCH LAIR
The garage has been transformed into a heated and air conditioned entertainment space with an arcade, game room, movie collection and dedicated gym.

Tucked into the attic above the Lair, the hidden media and gaming lounge has Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch systems, a DVD player, Sonos theater sound, beanbag chairs and a pullout couch.

The enormous wraparound deck with outdoor sitting areas offer river views and space for outdoor dining, morning coffee and evening drinks. Your outdoor cooking setup includes a Big Green Egg, propane grill and Blackstone griddle, with cooking essentials close at hand.

And because this is Sasquatch Lodge, there’s also a commercial grade margarita and slushie machine.

Sonos audio extends throughout the home and to the spa, pool and pickleball court, letting your soundtrack follow the day. Please keep the volume considerate of neighboring guests.

Sasquatch Lodge sleeps up to 10 guests across five thoughtfully decorated bedrooms.

Four bathrooms and two separate living rooms make it easy for families, multiple generations and friends to gather without doing everything together. Stretch out on a comfortable couch, curl up with a book or sleep in while the early risers make coffee.

Sasquatch Lodge is reserved for your group. You’ll have access to the home, Sasquatch Lair, private gym, hidden gaming lounge, heated Modpool, pickleball court, outdoor spa, stargazing dome, trails, decks and firepit areas.

Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to explore North Idaho. Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the designated Sasquatch Lodge spaces. The garage houses the Lair and gym, so indoor parking is not available.

Other Things to Note:
Sasquatch Lodge shares the property with Eagles Nest, a separate home that may host guests during your stay. Bringing a larger group? Message us to check availability for both homes.

The Modpool can be heated up to 90°F for an additional $50 per day. Firewood is provided for the dome’s wood burning stove and wood fired soaking tub. Planning s’mores around the big outdoor firepits? We’re happy to leave you a stack of firewood for $50 upon request. The soaking tub takes time to warm up, so plan ahead for that evening soak beneath the stars.

Please actively supervise children around the property’s water features, firepits, trails and stairs.
