Are you ready for an unforgettable getaway in New Hampshire’s beautiful Lakes Region? Make our tranquil four-bedroom lakefront home your home base for an incredible stay!
Our Lakehouse sits directly on the shores of Shellcamp Lake, offering breathtaking views and year-round opportunities for fun and adventure. Whether you’re looking to hike scenic trails, spend your days on the water, or hit the slopes at Gunstock Mountain, this location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike!
THE LAKEHOUSE
When you walk into the home, you’ll enter a spacious, open living area filled with natural light, featuring a large, comfortable sofa and TV along with our favorite "egg" chair which is perfect to relax and read a book! Step right outside onto the wraparound porch and take in the majestic mountain views across Shellcamp Lake while listening to the resident loons sing, frogs croak, and crickets chirp. We have provided a propane grill on the deck with a propane tank.
Continuing off the living space is a large eat-in dining area with seating for eight which opens up to a fully equipped kitchen featuring island seating for four. We have all your kitchen needs, dishes and bowls, cutlery, pots and pans, utensils, toaster, blender, coffee pot and keurig and more! A pantry provides additional storage, and a convenient half bath completes the main level.
Upstairs, you’ll find a laundry room, full bathroom, and three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom. There is a large smart TV in the master for entertainment and a desk for remote working. The other two bedrooms each offer one full-size bed and one twin bed, making them perfect for families or groups traveling together.
Head downstairs to discover a spacious bonus living area with 10 foot ceilings and tons of windows that fill the space with natural light. The lower-level living room features a sofa, foosball table, and large TV! There are some games, coloring supplies, cards, toys and tons of DVD's to enjoy at the Lakehouse!
The fourth bedroom is also located on this level and features a queen-over-queen bunk bed, making it comfortable for both kids and adults. A cozy sitting nook and a full bathroom complete the lower level of the Lakehouse.
Open the doors from the lower living area and step outside onto the covered patio to relax and enjoy the picturesque lake views. An outdoor dining table is provided for you to enjoy many meals in the fresh New Hampshire air.
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests (max 10 adults) and is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi for streaming, working remotely, or staying connected during your getaway.
PET FRIENDLY
We’re happy to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs at the Lakehouse! There is a dog food mat with two food and one water bowl provided.
We know how important furry family members are and want them to have a great time, too. We have included the pet cost in our nightly price so there are no additional pet fees. We simply ask that you:
• Keep pets off the furniture whenever possible.
• Crate pets if they will be left alone at the house.
• Keep pets leashed when outside. We provide a 50 foot leash in the backyard.
• Pick up after your pets. We have a pet waste station on the property, please bag your pets waste and put in outdoor barrel.
GUEST ACCESS
The house is easily accessible by car via well-paved roads. The driveway can accommodate up to four vehicles, with street parking available for one additional vehicle.
Please limit the total number of vehicles to a maximum of five.
An electric vehicle charger is also available on-site for guests who need it.
Please be mindful of our neighbors and drive slowly through the neighborhood when arriving and departing.
Check-in instructions and individual door codes for the private guest entrance will be provided by email on the morning of your arrival.

To help make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible, we provide:
• Bed linens, sheets, and comforters
• Bath towels and hand towels
• Kitchen towels
• 1 dishwasher pod per day of your stay
• Dish soap and a new kitchen sponge
• 1–3 rolls of paper towels, depending on the length of your stay
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all showers
• Dog dishes
• High chair
• Changing table
• Portable crib
• Children’s toys and activities
• Board games, cards
Need to do a little laundry during your stay?
We provide one laundry detergent pod and one dryer sheet per day of your stay.
FRIENDLY TIP:
We provide a “just in case” kit in each bathroom with some commonly forgotten essentials. We recommend picking up any additional supplies you may need to ensure you’re fully stocked for the duration of your stay.
All that’s left to do is pack your clothes and settle right into your Lakeside Retreat!
OUTDOOR FUN
Our spacious backyard is the perfect place to enjoy time together. Play family games, cook dinner on the gas grill, curl up with a good book, fish right from the dock, or gather around the fire pit in the evening.
Don’t forget your fishing rod! We do provide a few rods at the house for you to use as well!
A fire pit is available for guests to enjoy. Please bring your own firewood and completely extinguish all fires after each use.
ENJOY SHELLCAMP LAKE
Shellcamp Lake has something to offer in every season!
During the summer months, enjoy swimming, fishing, floating, boating, and sunbathing right from the backyard or at one of the two association beaches.
A PUBLIC BOAT LAUNCH IS ALSO AVAILABLE ON THE LAKE!
One association beach is approximately a 1-minute drive or 3-minute walk from the house, while the other is about a 3-minute drive or 5-minute walk away.
We also provide kayaks, life jackets, and inflatable stand-up paddleboards for you to enjoy during your stay, adding even more fun to your lakeside getaway!
In the winter, enjoy ice fishing and ice skating right on the lake. Snowmobiling trails are located right down the street or on the lake too! Or take a short drive to Gunstock Mountain for a day of skiing, snowboarding, or tubing before returning home to relax and cozy up while enjoying the beautiful snowy landscape.

This includes doorbell cameras at the front and rear entrances and one exterior camera located on the deck overlooking the yard and lake.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO INTERIOR CAMERAS. YOUR PRIVACY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.
No regular footage of guests is recorded or maintained.
TRASH
Trash pickup will occur every Sunday. There is no need for guests to move the trash cans.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM through 7:00 AM.
Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise and music at a considerate level during these hours.
