Tucked away on a peaceful street in Maroochydore, this self-contained four-bedroom holiday home is made for slowing down. It sleeps up to seven, so families and groups of friends can spread out, settle in and enjoy time together without feeling on top of each other.

The heart of the home is the open plan living, dining and kitchen, a light-filled space where everyone can gather. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook up anything from a lazy weekend brunch to a long, laid-back dinner, and the whole area opens onto the rear balcony so the indoors flows naturally into the outdoors.

Step outside and you`ll see why guests love it here. The private, fully fenced backyard is a safe haven for kids and four-legged family members, with plenty of grass for games, fetch and cartwheels. Stretch out on the sun-loungers on the back deck with a cold drink, or gather around the outdoor dining setting and fire up the BBQ as the afternoon turns golden. Pets are welcome, so the whole crew can come along.

* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.
