Friendly Reminder
Please be mindful of noise levels during your stay, especially during evenings and early mornings. This is a shared residential community, and keeping noise to a minimum helps ensure a pleasant experience for neighbors and future guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
This is a thoughtfully designed home with stylish finishes, accent walls, and a lot of character throughout. The property is over 100 years old, so while the space has been updated and designed with care, it does not have the perfectly uniform finish of a brand-new home.
You may notice normal signs of age in certain areas, including wear, scratches, or variation in the original hardwood floors and occasional minor cosmetic imperfections. We want to be transparent about that upfront, as these details are part of the character of the home rather than an indication that the space is not well maintained.
If you enjoy older homes with personality, original details, and a more unique feel than modern construction, this property is a great fit.
