The Space:

Some homes are simply places to stay. Others have a way of making you feel like you belong. Casa Raíz is one of those places.

Behind its doors, you'll discover a century-old home where original architectural details meet contemporary Mexican design. Beautiful arches, textured walls, warm colors, handcrafted finishes and carefully preserved mid-century furniture give every corner its own personality.

With approximately 400 m² spread across three levels, Casa Raíz was designed for groups who love spending time together without giving up their personal space.

THE SPACES

At the heart of the home is a beautiful covered central courtyard that connects the living and dining areas. It's a space made for long conversations, slow mornings and gathering together, even on rainy afternoons.

The spacious living room and dining area offer plenty of room for everyone to come together, whether you're planning the day's adventures or sharing stories after exploring the city.

Step outside and you'll find a leafy backyard patio, a peaceful little escape from the energy of Mexico City. Surrounded by greenery and comfortable seating, it's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or simply slow down.

Upstairs, the rooftop offers another quiet retreat. Surrounded by trees and the charming historic homes of Condesa, it's a lovely place to relax and enjoy the neighborhood's unique atmosphere.

Spread across three floors, Casa Raíz offers seven thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with its own personality. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, there's plenty of space to settle in and find your favorite corner.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, with 8 beds, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 additional half bathrooms.

With bedrooms distributed across three levels, everyone can enjoy their own space while sharing the experience of staying together under one roof.

Casa Raíz is fully equipped to make your stay easy and comfortable, whether you're visiting for a weekend or settling in for longer.



You'll have access to a complete kitchen, laundry facilities and all the essentials you need to feel at home.

Check-in is easy with a digital lock, allowing you to arrive at your own pace, although some booking will be greeted in person.



For guests looking for an extra-special experience, we can also arrange additional services such as private chefs, housekeeping, airport transportation and curated tours.

*Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.
