The apartment is located inside the historic walled city of Nicosia, an area known for its charming narrow streets and traditional architecture. While this adds to the unique atmosphere of the neighborhood, some streets are not easily accessible by car, and parking may require a short walk.

Self Check-in
The apartment uses a lockbox system for self check-in. Detailed instructions, including the lockbox code and directions to the property, will be sent to you on the day of arrival.

Quiet Residential Area
The apartment is located in a respectful residential neighborhood. We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low, especially during late evening and early morning hours, out of respect for neighbors.

Electricity Usage
Electricity in Cyprus is relatively expensive. Guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and air-conditioning units when leaving the apartment.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or gatherings that may disturb neighbors are strictly not allowed.

Registered Guests Only
For security and insurance reasons, only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment.

Lost Keys
Please take care of the apartment keys. Lost keys may be charged based on the replacement cost.

Insurance Coverage

• Loud music or excessive noise is not permitted after **23:00**

Violations may result in a **€300 fine and immediate termination of the reservation**.

Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay in the property.

Smoking inside the property is **strictly prohibited**.

A **€200 cleaning and deodorizing fee** will apply if smoking occurs inside the apartment.

Smoking is only permitted in **designated outdoor areas** where applicable.

Guests are responsible for **any damage caused during their stay**.

If repairs or replacements are required, guests will be charged:

• The **full cost of repair or replacement**
• Any **contractor or service fees** required to restore the property

# 6 – Cleaning Responsibilities

As this is a self-catering accommodation, guests are responsible for maintaining a reasonable level of cleanliness during their stay.

If the property is left **excessively messy** (for example: unwashed dishes, garbage left inside, stains on furniture or walls), an additional **€50 cleaning fee** may apply.

To prevent plumbing issues common in the area:

• **Toilet paper must be disposed of in the bin**, not in the toilet
• Flushing paper can block the pipes and cause serious damage

Please also dispose of garbage in the **designated bins**.

Towels provided are for **indoor use only**.

Please **do not use them**:

Failure to follow check-out procedures may result in **additional charges**.

Please note:

If excessive electricity consumption is recorded due to appliances being left running (such as lights or air-conditioning), guests **may be charged €15 per day** if consumption exceeds the average daily level of **35 kWh**.
