Located on Sjællands Odde, this bright holiday home sits on a large plot with plenty of space to find peace and quiet. The house was completed in 2025, and the large windows let in plenty of light and offer views of the garden. Here, your days can begin with a walk to the water and continue at whatever pace you choose.



Inside, the interior's bright and spacious, with plenty of room to gather. In the autumn and winter, you can light the wood-burning stove and settle in with a good book while the garden lies just beyond the windows. The new, well-insulated house is easy to heat, so your holiday home experience doesn't have to end with summer.



The large wooden deck offers space for sunbathing, long dinners and quiet moments in the shade. Part of it's covered, so you can still sit outside even when it rains. In summer, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower after a trip to the beach, while the large garden offers plenty of space for play. At dinner, you can enjoy a glass of local wine from Ørnberg, which has vineyards right behind the cottage.



There’s water on both sides of the headland. The swimming pier at Sejerø Bay is 200 metres from the house, and toward the Kattegat it’s 1.5 kilometres to a child-friendly beach with shallow water. Take the trip on foot or by bike, and let a swim be the only set plan for the day.
