📍 Trafalgar Village is a peaceful, gated lakeside community in Kissimmee's Poinciana area, near Walt Disney World. Spend your days at the parks, then come home to lake views, the white-sand beach and the Village Center. Publix, Walgreens, restaurants and gas stations are about 10 minutes away.

A car is highly recommended to explore the Orlando area and make the most of your stay. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 minutes away.

• Security Deposit: a refundable deposit, returned in full after check-out as long as there's no damage. Refunds usually take 2–14 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

📷 Cameras & Noise Monitoring

An exterior camera covers the front doorbell. There are no cameras inside the home. An indoor sensor measures noise levels only — no audio is ever recorded — to help respect community quiet hours.
