Beech Walk 3, Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, Sandy Bay, is a well-presented three-bedroom holiday retreat offering comfortable accommodation with sea views, located within the popular Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. Inside, the open-plan living area features comfortable seating including a double sofa bed, a Smart TV, electric flame-effect fire and PS4 games console with two controllers and Bluetooth headphones. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer and Silvercrest ground coffee machine with milk frother, with an adjoining dining area. Electric ceramic heating and air conditioning are also provided.

The bedrooms consist of a double room, a twin room with two 2'6" single beds, and a bunk room with a toddler bunk on the bottom. The shower room includes a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and there is also a separate cloakroom.

Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, a furnished front decked terrace with sea views, and additional patio seating areas to the side of the property. 2 well behaved dogs welcome subject to terms and conditions.
