The Space:

This 72 sqm corner character apartment features two spacious bedrooms, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, with the master bedroom also opening directly onto the private balcony.



The open-plan living and dining area features high ceilings, a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and dining table. The living area also opens onto the west-facing balcony, a great spot to enjoy the afternoon sun and city views.



The fully equipped modern kitchen features a large stone island with generous bench space, along with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and essential cookware and diningware.



The modern bathroom features a walk-in tiled shower, large vanity and contemporary fittings. An in-unit washing machine and dryer are also provided for added convenience.

Please note: There is no AC in this apartment. Fans are provided for comfort.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:

* We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.

* As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.



SELF CHECK IN to this apartment:

* Key pick up is from a nearby lockbox, full details will be sent before arrival.

* There is no carpark available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.

* Our check-in time is 3pm onwards, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.



During stay & Departure:

*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest. Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.

*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean. For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance.

*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.

*Our latest check-out time is 10am.

We'll give guests space, we're not living onsite, but will be a message or phone call away if you need anything, and guests are welcome to pop into Oneciti Property Management office (72C Wyndham St) for any inquiries or a quick chat from 9am-5pm NZ time.
