Spend your holiday surrounded by Swedish nature in this welcoming lakeside home, where open living areas and pale timber walls create a warm, relaxed character. The connected living and dining space makes it easy to spend time together, while colourful textiles add a cheerful touch to the interior. On cooler days, the fireplace provides a cosy focal point. Step outside to enjoy the natural surroundings, with swimming access at the lake right by the house and excellent opportunities for fishing in the area's lakes.

The Järpen area is a great base for exploring the mountains and landscapes of Jämtland throughout the year. Set out on mountain hikes to discover scenic places, or make use of the nearby downhill and cross-country ski trails when winter transforms the surroundings. Åre, one of Sweden's largest ski resorts, is also within easy reach for a wider choice of outdoor activities. For a quieter mountain experience, explore the Huså and Smedjebacken area, where the atmosphere is more peaceful than in lively Åre
