The air-conditioned ground floor combines comfort with contemporary style, offering a spacious living room equipped with an LCD satellite TV and modern art pieces. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything needed for a seamless stay, while a guest toilet adds convenience.



Stylish stairs crafted from glass, wood, and iron lead to the first floor, where four elegantly furnished king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and showers are located. Each bedroom includes a work desk and opens onto a private balcony with panoramic views of the Pakleni Islands and lush greenery, ensuring a peaceful retreat.



A high-end fitness area and sauna further enhance the sense of relaxation and rejuvenation throughout the stay.

The home is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and modern appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker, and blender. A washing machine and dryer are available, along with a baby cot and high chair for families.



Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. A €1,000 security deposit is required.
