Casita Espléndida is located in Building A on the first floor, although because of the natural layout of Loma del Mar, guests should expect some stairs throughout the complex. There is no elevator. The residence features two comfortable bedrooms, one full bathroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and access to shared resort-style outdoor spaces. The design throughout reflects a distinctly Mexican aesthetic, blending rustic and vintage elements with handcrafted details and colorful artistic pieces created by local artisans.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a large window overlooking the garden, creating a peaceful connection with the surrounding greenery.
The handcrafted wooden headboard is one of the room's standout details, adding character and a beautiful artisan touch.
Open the windows and let the fresh air in while enjoying the sounds of nature. Soft curtains add a romantic, relaxed atmosphere while still allowing natural light into the room. Please note that the curtains are not blackout.

Open the doors and let the fresh air in while enjoying the tropical surroundings. As with the primary bedroom, the curtains are not blackout.

Settle into the comfortable sofa, enjoy the view, or take a seat in the hanging chair for a little extra relaxation. Use of the hanging chair is at the guest's discretion.

Because of the natural layout of the complex, reaching the pool involves going up and down some stairs.

Uber and taxis are readily available in the area, making it easy to explore Puerto Vallarta beyond the Romantic Zone.
Many of the area's most popular destinations can also be reached on foot, although guests should be prepared for some hilly and cobblestone streets.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and the shared pool area within the complex.
Loma del Mar features 24-hour security and controlled access, adding an extra sense of comfort during your stay.

🚗 Parking
A parking space is available on Pino Suárez Street, adjacent to the complex.
The space is secured with a chain and padlock that must be removed when using the parking spot. Please make sure the chain is properly secured again when the space is not in use.

The home is located in a tropical environment surrounded by gardens and nature, so guests may occasionally hear birds and other normal neighborhood sounds.
