A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Make yourself at home in San Juan in this newly and completely remodeled 4-bedroom retreat, tucked behind a private gate just one block from the energy of Calle Loíza and four blocks from beautiful Ocean Park Beach.
The property includes a 3-bedroom, 2-bath main house plus a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath casita, making it especially comfortable for families and groups traveling together. You can gather by the pool or for dinner, while still having plenty of room—and a little privacy—when you want it.
The main house is fresh, modern and thoughtfully designed, with three queen bedrooms, two stylish bathrooms, a full kitchen, comfortable living space and a full-size sleeper sofa.
The separate casita feels like a home of its own. It has a queen bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area and living room with another full-size sleeper sofa. It’s a great setup for couples, grandparents, older kids, or anyone in the group who appreciates having their own space.
Your own private outdoor space
Step outside to your private splash pool and outdoor grill, all within the completely gated property. Cool off after the beach, grill dinner, or relax outside before heading out for the evening.
Walk to the beach—and we have the gear
Ocean Park Beach is approximately four blocks away, and we provide portable beach chairs and beach towels for your stay. Grab them and head for the sand.
You’re also just one block from Calle Loíza, one of San Juan’s liveliest neighborhoods for restaurants, coffee shops, cocktails and nightlife. It’s an ideal location for experiencing San Juan without spending your vacation in a car.
Everything you need for a San Juan stay
The home also includes a brand-new washer and dryer, a covered one-car garage, and additional street parking. Many tours offer pickup here or nearby, so depending on your plans, you may not need a rental car at all.
