Sheets and towels for all beds and baths are included. Please note that there is no washer and dryer inside the condo, but convenient laundry facilities are available on the resort.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

*Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 2nd floor with elevator

*Indoor pool open year round.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Keurig style coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*This resort is oceanfront, but our suite in the resort is ocean view.

Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Getting Around:

*PARKING IS $10/DAY, PAID AT THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL, OR $50-$100/MONTH FOR MONTHLY GUESTS. Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

Important:

CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules:

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
