THE SPACE
In the heart of Wears Valley, enjoy our 2,000 square foot Smoky Mountain cabin with modern touches. There are two ensuite bedrooms with king-sized beds on both the main and lower level, as well as a spacious upper bedroom loft with two twin XL over queen bunk beds with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a children's play area, desk, and game nook. This cabin has three levels with three spacious and unique decks to enjoy the mountain vistas!

Picturesque on every floor - whether it's a morning coffee as the first rays of sun crest the trees or a twilight glass of wine in the hot tub after a meal with friends of family, this space is a quintessential mountain cabin designed for serenity and enjoyment with majestic mountain vistas on every floor.

Bedroom 2: King ensuite with full private bathroom (sleeps 2) on lower level off of the game room

- We welcome you to fully utilize all the stainless steel appliances: stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge
- All types of cookware and utensils are thoughtfully provided to ensure you're well prepared ahead for any recipes. Basic spices are also available.
- Wake up and start your morning the right way with a Cuisinart pot of coffee or K-cup. There is also a moka pot in the cupboard space.
- Spacious dining table seats 6 comfortably, and also there are barstools in the living room for additional seating!

Our electric fireplace is for ambiance mood lighting and not heat.

MOUNTAIN DRIVING
- Please be mindful that you are renting a cabin in the mountains. Most roads in our area are well maintained but will be curvy, steep and narrow due to being located in the mountains. There are limited streetlights on mountain roads. These are city roads, so we cannot guarantee any road surface condition. No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads.
- Snow tire chains and/or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly encouraged during winter months in the event of inclement weather.
- We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or chains.
