The first floor features a private queen bedroom and full ensuite bathroom, giving guests their own comfortable space away from the main living areas. Guests also enter the home on this level through the garage using convenient keyless entry.

SECOND FLOOR – MAIN LIVING AREA
Head upstairs to the heart of the home, where you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, along with the dining and living areas. The open layout makes it easy for everyone to gather for meals, watch a game, or relax after a day in Athens.

Tucked away from the main living area, the library offers an additional space to relax and unwind. Settle into the comfortable seating with a good book, enjoy a quiet cup of coffee, or use this cozy room as a peaceful retreat when you want a little downtime away from the group.
