Three of the four bedrooms are located on the second floor and the primary suite is located on the first floor. All are fully stocked with fresh linens, extra blankets, and pillows — no need to pack any!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain — appliances, cookware, utensils, and a full coffee bar. There is an air fryer, stand mixer, toaster, blender, and almost everything you need to cook a full meal.

The dining area seats 8 at a beautiful wooden table, with a high chair available for our smallest guests.

The house is full of plenty of things to do for all ages. Board games, an arcade-style game, and poker table are available for our older guests and a train table, toys, and books are there for our youngest of guests.

Step outside to a beautiful Pocono mountain oasis. The warp around deck with a gas grill and pizza oven, a cozy propane fire pit is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Large driveway with plenty of parking.

Relax in the brand new outdoor hot tub or warm up in the barrel sauna!

☆☆ HEATING AND COOLING ☆☆

The home is heated by radiant heating floorboards as well as one common area mini split unit. Each room's heating can be controlled separately for a comfortable experience for everyone.

For summer stays, please note that bedrooms are not cooled by AC units. The common areas are air-conditioned by one mini split unit.


☆☆ THE COMMUNITY☆☆
This home is located in the beautiful Greenwood Acres Community.

Guests will have access to the community's two playgrounds and beach!

**Good to know:** Community amenities are managed by the HOA and availability can occasionally change. We'll always let you know of any updates we're aware of, but we cannot guarantee amenity access and are unable to offer refunds or adjustments if the pool or lake is unexpectedly unavailable during your stay.

One of the best parts of staying at Serene Summit is enjoying the peaceful amenities of the private Greenwood Acres community. Nestled among the trees, these amenities are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Pocono Mountains.

Spend the day at Greenwood Acres' private beach on beautiful Lake Sinca. The sandy beach is a wonderful place to swim, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the peaceful mountain setting.

Beach is located .5 miles or about 3 minutes from the house.

Upon booking you will be asked for the following registration information:

-information for all vehicles coming into the community

Please complete this promptly after booking so your access to the community is ready when you arrive. Guests who are not registered will not be granted community access, so we want to make sure everything is set up smoothly for you in advance.
