The Parsonage is a beautiful three-bedroom country house in the heart of Plaistow, a peaceful West Sussex village in the Chichester district. The Space:

The Parsonage is a detached three bedroom country house, comfortably sleeping up to six guests.



Each bedroom is presented and dressed to a high, hotel-standard finish, creating a comfortable and welcoming space for every stay. There are three double bedrooms. The house benefits from a good-sized private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors, enjoying meals together or making the most of the surrounding countryside.



Private parking is available on the plot, making the property particularly convenient for guests travelling by car.



Set in the centre of Plaistow, the house combines the peace and character of a genuine rural village with easy access to some of West Sussex and Surrey's most attractive destinations.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, the living spaces, private garden and on-site parking.

The property is located in the village centre, with the local village stores just a short walk away.



The Neighborhood:

The Parsonage is situated in Plaistow, a quiet and picturesque village in the Chichester district of West Sussex.



The location offers the best of rural village life, with the Surrey Hills and South Downs both within easy reach. The surrounding countryside provides excellent opportunities for walking, cycling and exploring.



Petworth, Midhurst and Chichester are all within a comfortable drive, offering a choice of independent shops, antiques, galleries, restaurants and cultural attractions. Goodwood and the Sussex coast are also easily accessible, making the area an excellent base for exploring throughout the year.



For guests travelling from London, Plaistow offers a genuine countryside escape while remaining within practical reach of the capital.



Getting Around:

The Parsonage is a car-led rural property, with private parking available on site. The nearest mainline railway station is approximately five miles away, while Guildford, Horsham, Petworth, Midhurst and Chichester are all within easy driving distance.



A car is recommended for making the most of the surrounding countryside and attractions, although the village stores are within a short walk of the house.

Before Check-In

To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, all guests are required to complete a few steps before check-in. These are completed through the SuiteOp link provided after your booking and are separate from your accommodation payment. All pre-arrival steps must be completed before check-in.

3) Choose your preferred damage protection option



For damage protection, you can choose between: a £500 refundable security deposit (a £500 deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue) OR a non-refundable damage waiver (this is charged at £20 for 1-night stay, £40 for a 2-night stay and a maximum of £45 for stays longer than 2 nights).

Please note: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property. We also ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, out of consideration for our neighbours.
