Yachts in the window, marina below, and a flat done in soft neutral tones that creates a calm, understated setting. Two queen bedrooms plus a sofa bed take six people; there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a separate living room so guests can use the living area without disturbing those in the bedrooms. The kitchen has an oven, a coffee maker and a bread maker, and there’s a balcony with furniture for the evenings. Washer and dryer, safe, desk, blackout blinds, cot on request. The building has a pool with sun loungers, a gym, a BBQ grill, a boat slip and free parking. Mina Rashid is new, walkable and on the water; Old Dubai is minutes away, Downtown a short drive.
