Summary:
Mt. Crested Butte base area. 2 king bed Non-smoking no frills studio condo-tel has the ideal location at the heart of the base area, literally a half a cup of coffee walk to lifts, ski, snowboard & bike rentals, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Guests have access to an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and business center. We have parking for one vehicle and the free bus to town is right out the front door!
The Space:
My second floor Elevator accessed condo-Tel at The Grand Lodge has a CB mountain view through aspen trees right outside your windows. This unit sleeps 4 comfortably on two king beds, one of which is a Murphy bed for added space. The studio-style space has a kitchenette which includes a coffee pod machine, toaster, microwave, one-burner stove, small refrigerator and dishwasher. Pots- pans-dishes. Other condo amenities include cable TV and high speed WIFI. One free on site parking pass per unit, additional paid parking available next door Elevation hotel underground.
We do utilize a weblink outside the platform that directs guests to our guidebook. You will receive an email with this link. This is the ONLY way guests can access check-in information, and facilitates the collection of fees and other special requests/upgraded services we offer.
To protect your stay, you'll choose one of two options during online check-in: a $150 refundable security deposit (a temporary card hold, released after checkout) or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40).
Guest Access:
Key code lock on unit 205 door located on the East building second floor, close to elevator. Code is sent to you before your reservation check in on the Airbnb app.
The Neighborhood:
The Grand Lodge is right at the base - close to transportation, restaurants, and all the base fun! Easy to get on the bus to go to town to all those great restaurants and bars too, and then to come back!
Getting Around:
At the base area it is easy to get anywhere - the public bus service in Crested Butte goes there every few minutes.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs welcome with a $50 flat pet fee per stay.
