🌴 OUTDOOR RESORT BACKYARD

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

This is where the magic happens. Your backyard is a private resort.

🏊‍♀️ Heated Resort-Style Pool — Maintained at 75–80°F year-round at no extra cost. Want it warmer? Premium heating to 85°F+ is available for $65/day (recommended Nov–May). Just let us know 24 hours before arrival and we'll have it ready.

🏓 Private Pickleball Court — The only vacation rental in the area with its own dedicated court. Morning rallies, sunset tournaments, or teaching the kids their first serve — it's all yours.

🧖 Luxury Barrel Sauna — Detox after a beach day or warm up on a cool evening. Couples love the sauna for a private spa experience without leaving the property.

🎥 Movie Theater — A large projection screen with resort-style seating for early evening films in the zen area. Grab popcorn, settle in, and press play 🍿 (quiet hours after 9 PM). Please note that the pergola has-been removed.

🔥 Tiki Bar & Fire Pit — Propane fire pit with complimentary s'mores kit (marshmallows, chocolate, graham crackers, roasting sticks). Cold drinks from the tiki bar, warm fire, good conversation.

💫 Bali-Style Hammock Nook — Strung under ambient motion-sensor lights. Perfect for stargazing, morning reading, or a quiet couples retreat after a day at the beach.

⛳ Backyard Mini Golf — A playful mini-course for all ages. No reservations, no fees, no leaving the house.
