Access to the estate is via a shared parking area. Private, enclosed garden (fenced): An area in front of the cottage and an area in the back with no direct view from neighboring properties. Ground Floor: Entrance into a living room with TV. A kitchen with dining area (laundry room with washing machine and separate toilet), one double bedroom (1 bed measuring 160x200). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (two with a 160x200 bed and one dormitory with 4 90x190 beds), 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. All-inclusive package. Pets allowed (3 max—not permitted in the bedrooms). Only one pet per cottage (dogs must not be classified as Category 1 or 2).
