A family and pet-friendly retreat with an amazing heated pool and outdoor living space in the highly sought-after Short Point area.

The space
After many years of holidaying in Merimbula, we decided to create and share a space with others that showcased the best of area.

Many memories can be made whether it’s in the downstairs living area and sharing meals, or splash in the heated pool, backyard fun and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit.

We have also designed upstairs to be a sanctuary, places to sit (inside and out) and read a book, take a phone call or do some work at the desk, all whilst soaking in the views.

Relaxation is at the heart of holidaying, and so we chosen styling and furniture that we love and think reflects the natural surrounding colours. We aim to provide an experience where you can travel with less but still enjoy access to quality items for use during your stay.

Guest access
Full access to the house minus the garage, as well as some locked cupboards and/or drawers which are located in some spaces and not for guest use.

Parking available for 3 cars in the driveway. There is also ability to park a trailer, boat etc on the side grass (next to driveway).

If you have an EV we do have a 15A outdoor power point which you are most welcome to use to charge during your stay.

Other things to note
We know that it can be hard to pack for holidays so just a few things we have thought of to hopefully save you the load:
- beach trolley
- cool cabana and mat
- beach/pool towels
- bucket/spades
- beach bag
- beach seats (4)

For the fur-family members we have a dog bed (inside and out), food and water bowl, assortment of toys, blankets provided for use on couches.

In the house we cater for families and provided for use during your stay:
- euky bear sleep aid - pink noise, red light, humidifier
- anti-slip mat for the bath for children
- bath toys
- some other toys available onsite. Please just ask that you care for them as your own, and pack away before you leave.

Note we do have a baby gate to restrict upstairs, power point covers in the main downstairs areas and kids bedrooms, and latches for under the sink and laundry (chemicals). We can’t provide guarantees in all areas but have tried our best to make our place family friendly.

We love our neighbours and neighbourhood and so we do not accept bookings for parties.

Lastly please note, we only open up/release dates up to 9 months in advance. If however there is a special date or you are simply a super planner then please feel free to reach out and we can see what we can accommodate.
