Nestled in the peaceful Waubun Beach area on the east side of Burt Lake, this private property with private lake frontage is your personal slice of Michigan paradise. Step outside and walk directly to the water's edge — in the summer, a private dock awaits you for fishing, swimming, jumping in, or simply soaking in the stunning views. A spacious lakeside deck with multiple seating areas makes it easy to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with a panoramic lake backdrop. Wind down the day around the backyard fire pit under the Northern Michigan stars.

Despite its serene seclusion, the Chalet is just a 5-minute drive from the town of Indian River and only 7 minutes from I-75 Exit 310 — easy to get to, hard to leave.

PLEASE NOTE: The driveway is a steep-grade gravel drive that enhances the home's privacy and wooded charm. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended, particularly in wet conditions. A supplemental gravel drive is available for use in the winter that is regularly plowed.

- Upper Floor – Bedroom 3: The fun bunk room! Two bunk beds, each with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top — perfect for the kids (or the kids at heart). Steps make upper bunk access easy and safe.
- Upper Floor – Half Bathroom: Bathroom with toilet, sink, and spacious vanity

Please note: The home does not have central air conditioning, although two window AC units are available for peak summer use. Burt Lake's lakeside breezes and Northern Michigan's cool nights keep things naturally comfortable during the summer months.
