Utilities & Responsible Usage:
Utilities are included. For stays of 30+ nights, utilities are covered up to $300 per month, with any excess billed to the guest. Please use heating and electricity efficiently, especially during colder/hotter months.

Cleaning Fee:
Mandatory cleanings are scheduled every four weeks to ensure the home stays comfortable and well-maintained during your stay. The cleaning fee will be applied accordingly. Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request.

Pet Policy:
Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Breed, weight, and quantity restrictions apply, and additional pet fees will apply. The home also includes a secure fenced outdoor area for pets to enjoy.

For cancellations, please note that a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of processing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Guests will have total privacy and exclusive access to the entire home, private pool and backyard. The only off-limits space are 2 single locked supplies closet in the hallway. Entry is 100% self-check-in using a smart lock—your personalized door code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival.
