The Space:
Welcome to Site 366 at Firefly RV & Tiny Home Resort, a 399 sq ft tiny home that packs a lot of comfort into a small footprint. Knotty-pine walls, vaulted ceilings and big windows give it a bright, cabin-in-the-hills feel, and two full bathrooms mean nobody waits in line in the morning.
The living room centers on a plush gray sectional with a pull-out sleeper and a 70" Samsung Smart TV with built-in streaming apps. A coffee table, reading lamp and ceiling fan make it an easy place to unwind after a day out.
The fully equipped kitchen features rustic log cabinetry, stainless steel appliances (stove, oven, fridge and microwave), a double sink, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. The breakfast bar with stools is perfect for morning coffee or a quick bite.
Two full bathrooms finished with rustic log vanities, copper sinks and a walk-in shower, with tankless hot water that keeps up even with a full house.
Step out onto the screened porch, set up as a second dining room with a table for four and views over the resort without the bugs. Out front, Adirondack chairs circle the fire pit for s'mores and stargazing, and there's a picnic table and a charcoal grill/fire pit combo for cookouts.
Your stay includes access to Firefly's resort amenities: sparkling pools with in-water loungers, a clubhouse patio with an outdoor fireplace, pickleball courts and a mini golf course.

Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.

Getting Around:

Interaction with Guests:
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
