The place was a shed in the backyard that had been converted into an apartment. It was very clean but tiny. It served our purpose but to overpriced for what it was.

We were in town for a whirlwind weekend and this rental was perfect. The nearby Nighthawk restaurants had incredible wood fire pizza. The ferry was convenient to downtown New Orleans. Instructions and communication with the owner were clear. I definitely recommend this rental if you want a quiet place to sleep, but still have easy access to downtown NOLA.

Great little place was perfect for what we needed while in town visiting friends... would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit
