- Leisure & Lifestyle: St Kilda’s foreshore is around an 8–10-minute walk away, with Catani Gardens around 10 minutes away and St Kilda Pier approximately 15-18 minutes on foot via the foreshore. - Public transport: Tram Route 96 is practically on your doorstep, providing a direct connection towards Southern Cross Station and Melbourne’s CBD. Tram Route 16 runs along Swanston Street and past Flinders Street Station, while Route 12 connects Fitzroy Street with Collins Street and Melbourne’s CBD. The Route 246 bus also stops nearby, providing a north-south connection towards Richmond and Fitzroy.
