Cruise in premium style down to local Cape Coral restaurants, shops, and grocery stores on any public road posted at 35 MPH or less.
• Premium Upgrades: Outfitted with custom seating for 6, an integrated 10.1" touchscreen display, Bluetooth sound system, and a backup camera for ultimate safety and vacation fun!
• Driver Requirements: All operators must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License and be at least 25 years of age or older to operate the vehicle.

RECOMMENDED HOUSE RULES
Bintelli LSV (Golf Cart) Compliance
• Driver Screening: To operate the street-legal 2027 Bintelli, the primary renter must sign a separate vehicle liability waiver and submit a copy of their valid U.S. Driver’s License showing they are 25 years of age or older.
• No Underage Driving: Absolutely no drivers under 25 are permitted behind the wheel at any time, even with an adult present.
• Road Laws: The LSV must strictly stay on public roads with a posted speed limit of 35 MPH or lower and may never be driven on main highways.

Pet Policy & Care
• Pre-Approval Required: We love dogs! Please let us know the breed and weight of your pup prior to booking. (A standard pet fee of $150 applies).
• Paws Off the Leather: To protect our pristine sky-blue leather sofa and bedroom linens, we kindly ask that your pup utilizes their dedicated brand-new dog bed provided at the house.
• Waste Clean-Up: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in the outdoor spaces.

Pool & Lanai Safety
• No Glass by the Pool: To protect the saltwater pool and screened lanai, strictly no glass containers or bottles are allowed on the outdoor deck. Plastic drinkware is fully provided in the kitchen.
