GOOD TO KNOW: The pool is not heated and is not fenced, so young children need adult supervision near the pool and canal. There is no boat dock; the ramp is for fishing and paddling only (no boat mooring). Driveway parking for 2 cars. Self check-in with a smart lock.

HOUSE RULES: Quiet residential street, so no parties or events, and quiet hours start at 10 pm. Maximum 8 guests including children. One well-behaved pet considered with approval and a pet fee; please message before booking. No smoking indoors.
