Welcome to our Poconos Mountain getaway! Quiet, peaceful, and nestled in the private community of Emerald Lakes, this property is an ideal location for couples, groups of friends, and families alike looking for a celebration, quiet break, or a kid-friendly and peaceful getaway. We want you to feel relaxed while you are here, so we have made every effort to ensure your comfort during your stay – and that includes fast Wi-Fi, stocked coffee bar, and hot tub!
First Floor: Half bathroom, kitchen, living room, formal dining room, laundry room, great room with living area with fireplace, back deck.
Second Floor: Master bedroom with ensuite, large soaker tub for 2, King sized bed, and daybed with trundle; Two bedrooms with Queen sized beds; an office for those that need to work during an extended stay with a futon as well.

The home offers a fully equipped, open kitchen and eating area with:
· a four-burner electric stove and counter with seating
· dishwasher
· coffee maker
· Keurig
· Microwave
· pots/pans/cooking utensils
· plates and bowls and cutlery
· breakfast table for 4 and island seating for 4

Cozy living room with ample seating, books, and SMART TV – Wifi, Netflix (other streaming) provided.
Dining Room
Large dining room with table and chairs to accommodate 12 guests
Great Room
The living room boasts a beautiful, cozy fireplace to unwind as well as boardgames and a SMART TV – Wifi, Netflix (other streaming) provided.
Game Room
Located in the heated garage of the home, the game room has a ping pong/air hockey table which offers hours of fun! Large sectional in front of (how many inch) TV outfitted with a FireStick for your entertainment. The highlight of the game room is the 6-person hot tub for you to enjoy year-round regardless of the weather conditions outside.
Outdoors
Off the kitchen is an outdoor deck with table and chairs as well as a propane grill.

We took a spur of the moment trip to the Poconos and this house checked off all of our boxes. It was very family friendly with toys and games for the little ones, there was a nicely lit outdoor area with a firepit for S'mores, enough rooms for everyone to relax and an indoor hot tub. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and issues. The closest places to eat were about 15 minutes away, but most of them deliver to the location so that was a plus. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

This home was so perfect for our weekend getaway. I wish we could of stayed an extra day to relax. The hot tub and garage set up was excellent to enjoy and have fun since we had a large group some of us could play a game, watch tv, and be in the hot tub all at the same time. Also, the place was so clean and it was stocked with everything you needed even if you wanted to bake a cake. Amazing! The only thing I would say that parking always made me nervous since the drive way is a little steep but that isn't something the owner has control over. Thank you for everything
