THE CONDO
Welcome to “Marshal Bay,” your private 19th-floor oceanfront retreat in Bay Watch Resort’s Tower 2. This renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is designed for a relaxing stay, with a bright open-concept living area, coastal-inspired décor, and large sliding doors framing ocean views and opening to the private balcony.

Enjoy comfortable seating for six, an HDTV with premium cable, and a game console for downtime between beach days. The full kitchen has stainless-steel electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, blender, cooking basics, wine glasses, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Share meals at the dining table with an ocean view.

The condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests:
• Main bedroom: king bed, private bathroom, and ocean views
• Guest bedroom 1: two double beds
• Guest bedroom 2: two double beds

Additional comforts include central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi and Ethernet, an in-unit washer and dryer, a bathtub, and a private balcony overlooking the resort pools and shoreline. and beach chairs with an umbrella are seasonally rented by the lifeguards.

THE RESORT
You will have full access to the entire private condo, along with free resort access and shared beachfront access. Self check-in by keypad lets you bypass the front desk and begin your stay with ease.

Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor lazy rivers, multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sun loungers, a poolside bar, and an onsite restaurant and bar. Elevator access is available.

GETTING AROUND
Bay Watch Resort is conveniently located in North Myrtle Beach, making it easy to explore the area by car, rideshare, or even on foot.
Car: Having a car is the most convenient way to get around, especially for visiting nearby attractions like Barefoot Landing (2 miles), Tanger Outlets (3 miles), and Cherry Grove Pier (5 miles). Free on-site parking is available at the resort.
Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around North Myrtle Beach and beyond. Local taxi services also operate in the area.
Walking & Biking: The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance, and North Myrtle Beach is bike-friendly, with rental shops nearby.
Public Transit: Coast RTA offers bus services along the Grand Strand, though routes are limited.
Whether you`re driving, biking, or catching a ride, getting around is easy, with plenty of attractions just minutes away!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Cleaning is available during your stay. Long-term stays are allowed, and weekly or monthly booking discounts may be available—please inquire for details.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $55 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 3-bedroom 3-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Free Parking : Guests have access to free on-site parking for 2 vehicles and complimentary Vehicles over 6`6` will not fit into the parking deck and may need to park in the overflow lot that may incur nightly fees and rented out by the front desk.

Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $55 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.
