Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Alpine Escape is located in Panorama Mountain Resort’s Lower Village, where the mountain feels close, and the pace is entirely up to you. Horsethief Lodges sits near the Toby Chair and the free Village Gondola, which connects the Lower and Upper Villages. Whether you’re here for ski days, summer trails or a change of scenery, it’s an easy place to settle in and explore.

WHEN YOU STAY HERE, YOU’LL BE CLOSE TO...

Skiing & mountain adventures: The Toby Chair and Village Gondola are a short walk from Horsethief Lodges. In winter, spend your days skiing or snowboarding; in summer, head out for hiking and mountain biking.

Restaurants & cafés: Panorama has places to grab a coffee, sit down for a meal or refuel after a day outside. Options vary by season, so check what’s open during your stay.

Groceries & essentials: The resort’s General Store is handy for snacks and cooking basics. For a bigger grocery shop, stop in Invermere before heading up the mountain.

Golf & more: Greywolf Golf Course is nearby for a summer round. Panorama also offers seasonal activities for days when you feel like trying something different.

Invermere: About a 20-minute drive down the mountain, Invermere has full-sized grocery stores, restaurants, cafés and local shops. In summer, you can make a day of it by heading to Lake Windermere.


**STAIRS REQUIRED**
Please note that this is a multi-level townhome. A set of stairs is required to access the main living area, and another set to reach all of the bedrooms; therefore, this may not be the right fit for those with mobility issues.


NOISE MONITOR
The home has a NoiseAware monitoring device in the main living room that measures decibel levels to ensure quiet times are respected. Please note that this device does not record audio.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property, including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
