Both air-conditioned bedrooms come with attached bathrooms and king-size beds. All bathrooms are equipped with hot water. Each room also includes a workspace (table and chair), making the villa ideal for both relaxation and remote work.

The villa is located just 5 minutes from Ahangama town and 3 minutes from Ahangama Beach, offering easy access to surf spots, cafes, and restaurants, while still providing a quiet escape away from the crowds.

The property includes a small parking area suitable for tuk tuks, motorbikes, or small cars. Please note that the access road is relatively narrow, so vans and other larger vehicles will find it difficult to access.

Power Cuts in Ahangama:

Ahangama is experiencing a surge in development, which has led to frequent and unpredictable power cuts, particularly during periods of heavy rain. At this time, Evera does not have a generator, so please be prepared for possible power interruptions during your stay.

We want to be transparent about this so you can plan accordingly – whether that means packing a power bank or downloading offline content ahead of time. We are very fortunate to be located right next door to Nets Co-working, where you can benefit from uninterrupted power supply during power cuts (chargable).

Sri Lankan Environment:

Our property is located in a local neighboured and therefore you can expect to hear families and dogs, the occasional burning of trash and the presence of street dogs out on the road. With the tropical environment also comes various inspects and animals including: ants, centipedes, frogs and the occasional snake, and plenty of monkeys. These are all normal parts of being in Sri Lanka. Although, we do encourage guests to keep food in the fridge and clean up after themselves to avoid their unwanted presence.

Note: Large vehicles, shuttles, and vans may not be able to access the road to the villa.
